Taking Away, Putting In Place – Part 4

Taking Away, Putting In Place - Part 4
`
`
In its Tuesday, August 29, 2006 editorial "Beyond the
Cease-Fire" [1] the Washington Post issues yet one
more of The Superpower's Orders # 1: "[T]his is not
the moment for an Israeli-Arab peace settlement."
`
Well, what other options might there be?
`
Here's two from the Post in one short sentence:
`
"The alternative to unilateralism is Israeli-Palestinian
negotiations."
`
Unilateralism? The Superpower's military occupation
of all of Palestine under cover of a United Nations Or-
ganization mandate.
`
Israeli-Palestinian negotiations? All that's left for
the Post to chat about after the latest Order # 1.
`
But the Post knows that "Talk of a [Fatah-Hamas]
coalition government in the war's aftermath is, so
far, just that."
`
So what's permitted, practically? The Post proposes
undermining Lebanon:
`
"...Israel should reach out to [Lebanon's secular
politicians], if only through intermediaries."
`
Intermediaries? The kind that know which politicians
are willing to betray their country for cash.
`
Again speaking of a "fundamental settlement between
Israel and its neighbors," the Post insists that "that
goal is unachievable in the short run."
`
But that's quite wrong!
`
It so happens that the occasion has arisen for The
Superpower and its cronies to take Puppet-israel
away from West Asia.
`
The Superpower can easily set up its Military Frontier
along the Mexican-Superpower border and people it
with what are now Puppet-israelis.
`
What's that mean? Please see [2] below.

`
Attentive readers of these essays may recall:
`
"The Superpower has become so dangerous, that
mutual assured destruction is now accepted and is
no longer a factor in decision-making." [1]
`
But why did such a fundamental change of attitude
occur?
`
Here's a down-to-earth reason--
`
"A Turk with German residency held at the...Guan-
tanamo Bay [concentration camp] for more than
four years was kept blindfolded and in chains on his
flight home in a U.S. plane....
`
Quoting his lawyer:
`
"The Americans are incorrigible,
`
they have not learned a thing.
`
"He was returned home in chains,
`
humiliated and dishonored to the very end
`
by the Americans...." [2]
`
The lawyer was speaking "at a news conference
broadcast live on national television."

(2)
`
The Superpower's attempting to popularize the
term "Islamofascist."

Such fluff is old stuff.

In part 2 I quoted excerpts from Nadim Shehadi's
article, "Israel Should Pack Up And Go," published
Tuesday August 15, 2006 in the Israeli newspaper
Haaretz.
`
Shehadi's suggestion that "Israel must do itself and
others a favor and go away" may seem severe to
some --but, really, it's plain common sense.

Man Who Harassed Black Neighbor Ordered to Move
`
"A white St. Albans [WV] man who waved a gun at
his black neighbor, yelled racial slurs and threatened
to run him off has agreed to move."
`
"[WV Deputy Attorney General] Sheridan said it is
unusual for a civil rights order to require someone to
move away, but [Romie] Dailey was unwilling to live
peacefully next to a black neighbor."
`
The civil rights order, Sheridan said, "safeguards the
[Bryan] Smith family and sends a message to racists."

How To Get Out Of Iraq

How To Get Out Of Iraq
`
A
`
`
KPA Panmunjom Mission Terms "Ulji Focus Lens" War
Action [1]
`
The statement said:

The KPA [= DPRK Korean People's Army] side can not
but draw serious attention to the fact that these joint
[Superpower / Puppet-korea] military exercises
`
are timed to coincide with the largest-ever naval and
air combined maneuvers staged in the waters off the
Korean Peninsula
`
and those exercises
`
are staged after keeping a carrier strike flotilla on
alert in waters near it.
`
We are taking a serious note of the fact that the
above-said war maneuvers were launched
`
at a time
`
when the DPRK and the U.S. are still in the relations
of hostility and belligerence
`
and after
`
the former [= The Superpower] declared a war
against the latter in a recent resolution of the UN
Security Council adopted by wirepulling its followers.
`
As [is] clear to everyone, "Ulji Focus Lens" now
underway in a terror-ridden atmosphere is obviously
`
an undisguised military threat and blackmail against
the DPRK
`
and
`
a war action going beyond the phraseology of vio-
lation of the Armistice Agreement (AA).
`
No one can vouch that it would not go over to an
actual war.
`
The KPA has already clarified more than once that a
preemptive military action against other side is not
a monopoly of the U.S.
`
and the KPA side, therefore,
`
reserves the right to undertake a preemptive action
for self-defence against the enemy
`
at a crucial time it deems necessary to defend itself,
`
now that the two countries still remain in the above-
mentioned relationship due to the U.S. hostile policy
towards the DPRK.
`
The mission is authorized to state that the KPA side
would not be bound to the AA in taking on its own
initiative military measures for protecting the security
and sovereignty of the country in the future,
`
considering the ongoing war maneuvers as a war
action declaring the AA null and void.
`
B
`
`
As regards the "resolution of the UN Security Council
adopted by wirepulling its followers"...
`
DPRK Foreign Ministry Refutes "Resolution of UN Se-
curity Council" [2]
`
Only the strong can defend justice in the world today
where the jungle law prevails.
`
Neither the UN nor anyone else can protect us.
`
The past history and the present reality show that
only a country with its powerful force can defend the
national dignity and its sovereignty and independence.
`
It is a day-dream to calculate that our principle will
alter due to the change of the world.
`
We have already clarified that we will have no option
but to take stronger physical actions should someone
take issue with our army's training of missile launches
for self-defence and put pressure on it.
`
The Foreign Ministry of the DPRK is authorized to clar-
ify as follows in view of the grave situation prevailing
on the [Korean] peninsula:
`
First, our Republic vehemently denounces and round-
ly refutes the UNSC "resolution", a product of the U.S.
hostile policy towards the DPRK,
`
and will not be bound to it in the least.
`
Second, our Republic will bolster its war deterrent for
self-defence in every way by all means and methods
now that the situation has reached the worst phase
due to the extremely hostile act of the U.S.
`
C
`
`
As regards "Neither the UN nor anyone else can protect
us"...
`
Resolution 1695 (2006) was passed with the votes of
all permanent members. [3]

Under the absurd title "The Crisis In Lebanon," the
Royal Institute of International Affairs sponsored a
special members' meeting at Chatham House, Lon-
don on Wednesday July 19, 2006. [1]
`
Two Associate Fellows of the RIIA Middle East Pro-
gramme spoke. One of them is Nadim Shehadi, a
Lebanese economist.
`
On Tuesday August 15, 2006 the Israeli newspaper
Haaretz published Shehadi's article, "Israel Should
Pack Up And Go." [2]
`
Here's excerpts:
`
"If Israel can exist only by destroying the neighbor-
hood, then it's time to declare it a failed state.
`
"The Zionist dream has turned into a nightmare and
is not viable."
`
"...Israel must do itself and others a favor and go
away."
`
"The occupation of the West Bank and Gaza shows
a country deprived of all humanity."
`
"Israel has barely been there for 60 years, a milli-
second in history, but enough time to judge the
results.
`
"If the fundamental moral logic is flawed, then it is
time to give up, pack up and go."
`
But go where?

Original moon landing film lost
`
Not film, data tapes.
`
"The television broadcast seen by about 600 million
people in July 1969 is preserved for posterity, but
the original tapes from which the footage
was taken have been mislaid....
`
"The [data tapes] footage could transform our view
of the moon landings, offering images far sharper
than the blurred, grainy video shown around the
world.
`
"It also could lay to rest the conspiracy theory that
the landings were faked...."
`
OR
`
The original tapes could lay to rest the usual view by
showing *how* the 1969 landing was faked.
`
OR
`
The desire to arrest the truth led to the original tapes
being destroyed, not mislaid.
`
`
Early on there was scepticism. So...

Early on the trustworthy and resourceful genius Nor-
man Mailer did his duty.
`
"Norman Mailer in 1969 wrote 'The event (Apollo 11
moonwalk) was so removed...so unreal,
`
that no objective correlative existed to prove it had
not been an event staged in a television studio...
`
and indeed a good mind...could hardly deny that the
event if bogus was as great a creation in mass hood-
winking, deception, and legerdemain
`
as the true ascent [to the moon] was in discipline
and technology.
`
Indeed, conceive of the genius of such a conspiracy.
`
It would take criminals and confidence men mightier,
more trustworthy and more resourceful than any-
thing [?] in this century or the ones before.
`
Merely to conceive of such men was the surest way
to know the event was not staged.'" [2]
`
`
The Liar's predecessors and The Liar himself with
his henchmen --all have rendered Mailer laughable.
`
The latest--
`
After losing its adventure in Lebanon, Puppet-israel
suffered one further indignity:

THE LIAR DECLARED IT WON.

`
The Associated Press reports the question now roiling
the Usenet:
`
"Did Pathfinder and Sojourner really land on Mars?"
`
At the present time:

"Only a handful of newsgroup contributors...believe
[NASA] has staged a real-life re-enactment of...the
1978 movie about the government building a secret
movie set to stage a manned mission to Mars."
`
The newsstory adds:
`
"But the government is up to something, many of
[the newsgroup contributors] warn."
`
Meaning:
`
(1) Only a few people can see exon.
`
(2) But most people can smell it.
`
Fortunately, an earlier AP newsstory reports the
answer to the question now roiling the Usenet.

It quotes the Mars Pathfinder mission manager:

Israel says it can target Hizbollah arms despite truce
`
"Israeli officials said such operations are 'defensive'
in nature and therefore permissible under a U.N. Se-
curity Council resolution which calls for Israel to halt
'all offensive military operations.'"
`
How's that for a fine how-d'ya-do!
`
Leaning on The Superpower's UNO logic-choppers is
a bad sign.
`
`
The following analysis is adapted from [2]:

"The position of Israel is like that of an old pugilist
who had many years before risen conclusively above
all rivals, and whose prowess had for long been un-
questioned.
`
"He must, now and again, confirm his supremacy.
`
"Every little success against him will seem immense;
his achievements have become a legend and he
alone remembers the narrow margins of his victor-
ies.
`
"He knows that if he is compelled to perform, he
will not show himself as prodigious as he is made
out to be, and his real hope is that no one will dare
to challenge him."
`
`
Israel's not the only one leaning on The Superpow-
er's UNO logic choppers.

Remember "Iran calls on UK troops to pull out of

Managed Anarchy
`
`
This is part of a very recent memo to staff from a
health care agency on the front line.
`
Front line? Too casually called everyday life...
`
"It is easiest to understand the impact of managed
care from this perspective:
`
"The agency is required to implement additional in-
ternal control systems such as
`
utilization management,
`
quality assurance,
`
quality improvement, and
`
data documentation and tracking
`
that create additional expenses [for the agency]."
`
`
"The agency is then required to
`
request [approval of] many services in advance,
`
fight denials,
`
follow up on disallowances, and
`
ensure that documentation meets the specific re-
quirements for each service rendered [by the
agency]."
`
`
"The end result is that reimbursement becomes a
battle."
`
`
"Additionally, the rates of reimbursement have re-
mained unchanged for over ten years, while the
cost of providing the services
`
(utility costs, health insurance [for staff], wages,
gasoline, food)
`
has continued to increase."
`
`
"We are fighting harder for less money."
`
`
CONCLUSIONS:
`
Managed care = Taylorism for tweenies.

What goes around --permanent war abroad-- comes
around --'till finally The Superpower's Declaration of

Ending The Farce Correctly
`

Reuters
Future of Palestinian Authority in doubt: Haniyeh
`
The Superpower's "original concept" of "the Palestin-
ian Authority...was to give 3.9 million Palestinians in
the West Bank and Gaza a say over their affairs until
statehood."
`
A say? It is to laugh.
`
Their affairs? It is to laugh to scorn.
`
Until statehood? It is to laugh forever!
`
`
Reuters quotes the Hamas PM Haniyeh.
`
Asked "if he believed the Palestinian Authority should
be dissolved," he replied:
`
"They have raised the necessity to discuss the future
of the authority."
`
They? Puppet-israel.
`
He claimed "Israel's goal was to make the Palestinian
Authority 'weak, ineffective.'"
`
But "Israel's goal" is merely the application by Puppet-
israel of The Superpower's "original concept": that
Puppet-palestine be nothing more than a servant of
servants.
`
`
Reuters quotes a Hamas rival.
`
"The continuation of the Palestinian Authority will
acquit Israel from it's responsibility as an occupying
power."
`
Let's be precise.
`
Puppet-israel occupies *all* of Palestine, not just
the West Bank and Gaza.
`
Puppet-israel has no special responsibility to any
part of occupied Palestine --other than to rule it
with that degree of force and fraud approved by
The Superpower.
`
All else is fawning illusion.
`
`
Dissolution of Puppet-palestine *can* be a major
blow to The Superpower --provided it's not just a
factional maneuver to get rid of Hamas.
`
For Reuters is careful to point out:
`
"Several top Fatah officials proposed in March that
Abbas resign, dissolve the Palestinian Authority
and return responsibility for the occupied terri-
tories [= West Bank and Gaza] to Israel...."
`
With Abbas appointed Puppet-gauleiter of PA-2.

Iraqi Resistance Report for events of Saturday, 5 Au-

In a dispatch posted at 10:40pm Makkah [= Mecca]
time Saturday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that
US forces rounded up and abused hundreds of Iraqi
intellectuals, men and women in the city of ar-Ramadi,
about 110km west of Baghdad.
`
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that
American troops captured 24 women physicians, univer-
sity professors, and employees in the gymnasium on the
campus of al-Anbar University.
`
For 10 hours the women were subjected to various
forms of physical abuse by American troops, including
being kicked, punched, spit in their faces, and beaten
about the breast and abdomen.

The correspondent reported that the Americans spent
a long time with each woman interrogating them one-
by-one and asking about what work their husbands or
sons did, whether they were saddened by the death of
Abu Mus‘ab az-Zarqawi or not, and whether they were
pleased when they heard that the “insurgents” (as the
Americans called the Resistance fighters) had attacked
US troops.
`
After being subjected to long interrogations along those
lines, the Americans took the women’s wedding rings
and jewelry.
`
Meanwhile US forces captured and detained 319 male
doctors, professors, and teachers on the sports field.
`
Each one was told to write the English word “Dog” on a
piece of paper. The men were then made to line up one
behind the other with their pieces of paper and they
were then given numbers so that they could be called
“Dog 1,” Dog 2,” “Dog 3,” and so on.
`
Mafkarat al-Islam reported that any one of the prison-
ers who refused to submit to such humiliation was tor-
tured and abused in a way “no equal of which has ever
been seen.”

The abuse of the male doctors and teachers ended
after exactly 10 hours also.
`
The US troops never found so much as a bullet on any
of the men, nor did they designate any of them Resis-
tance fighters, but they did arrest dozens of the profes-
sors and physicians, particularly those whose specialties
were physics, electrical engineering, or computer sci-
ence accusing them of helping the Resistance to make
bombs or chemical compounds that the Resistance re-
cently packed in Grad rocket warheads and fired at US
occupation troops in large numbers inflicting casualties
among the Americans.
