Putin At Bay - Part 2

`
"Director of the Federal Security Service...Patrushev
reported to...Putin on the results of the earlier plan-
ned operation carried out in Ingushetia."
`
Ingushetia? Not Chechnya, but another part of the
Caucasus.
`
The results? Assassination of the vice president of
the real Chechnya.
`
The real Chechnya? Officially, the Chechen Republic
of Ichkeria (CRI).
`
Earlier planned? Long before Putin's July 4th "pro-
posal to give the President of the Russian Federa-
tion the right to deploy Armed Forces and special
forces units outside of Russian borders." [2]
`
`
"...Patrushev said that the operation was successful
because the Russian special services had established
operational positions abroad, above all in the coun-
tries where arms were collected and then brought
into Russia...."
`
Countries? The plural is a put-off. *The* country
is Turkey.

`
"...Putin had a telephone conversation with Turkish
Prime Minister...Erdogan.
`
"[They] discussed practical bilateral cooperation
issues, including building on the results of the recent
visit by the Turkish President to Russia.
`
"The two leaders also discussed their cooperation in
international affairs.
`
"The conversation took place at the Turkish side’s
initiative."
`
Turkish President? Sezer visited Russia June 28th.
`
Putin and Erdogan's *practical* cooperation in in-
ternational affairs?
`
Assassination of the vice president of the CRI.
`
Conversation at the Turkish side’s initiative?
`
"Hey, Vlad, did it go as we planned?"
`
`
What about "arms...collected [abroad] and then
brought into Russia" via Turkey?
`
For the war being waged by the Caucasian peoples
against Russia!
`
But a Russian special forces unit in Turkey doctored
one shipment of explosives to make it seem that the
explosives "spontaneously," "accidentally" blew up
while being inspected by the CRI v-p.
`
The Russians learned that trick from a Turkish ally.
