Intel Chief Says Personnel Number 100,000
`
A.
`
The Superpower's National Intelligence Di-
rector "challenged those who say his office
has become another bureaucratic layer…."
`
Those who say that are stating a fact.
`
For instance: last week a NID deputy let it
be known that the NID has "requested more
than 1,500 people for his office next year."

To challenge that fact is to lie.
`
But how did the NID go about challenging
the fact?
`
Here's one way.
`
AP quotes the NID:
`
"Intelligence reform has not been a theory-
based experiment…."
`
Laying on another bureaucratic layer is not
intelligence reform.  That's first!
`
It's plain corruption.  As such the phony re-
form isn't an experiment –it's been proven
to work time and time again!
`
There's nothing theoretical about it –it's
eminently practical: it lines pockets.
`
But how did the NID then go about chal-
lenging the fact?
`
Here's the other way.
`
AP quotes the NID:
`
"Intelligence reform has not been…an ex-
ercise in bureaucratic bloat."
`
Laying on another bureaucratic layer is not
intelligence reform.  That's first!
`
It's also not an exercise –marching up the
hill, marching back down the hill.
`
It's not unmindful bloat.  It's grab all ya can
get.
`
That's how the NID went about upholding
his implausible denial.
`
B.
`
The NID is backed up by The Superpower's
true believers.
`
The NID claims "Nearly 100,000 Americans
are working in intelligence…."
`
So…
`
A Federation of American Scientists secrecy
expert "welcomed the disclosure" as though
it were really so; and as though NID is code
for GOD.
`
AP quotes the scientist-believer:
`
"Think about all the things going on that we
don't know about."  O blessed mystery!
`
The media join the hallelujah chorus.
`
For instance.
`
AP reports a NID deputy (there's more than
one) claims "the overall…intelligence budget
is $44 billion," explaining that this disclosure
got out only because the deputy "goofed" —
thus treating the disclosure as though it were
really so.
`
And the NID Himself lays it on: "Public under-
standing is important."
`
Pray tell.

Abramoff Ledgerdemain – Part 10
`

May 2006 [media preview]
Texas Monthly [1]
Without DeLay
`
Texas Monthly reports that in early January
this year a DeLay staffer phoned the chair-
man of the Fort Bend County Republican
Party who's in charge of running the March
primary in DeLay’s congressional district.
`
"At what date, asked the staffer, could De-
Lay withdraw as a candidate?
`
"Was there a way for the GOP to replace
him on the ballot after the primary?"
`
The chairman told the staffer that "county
chairmen from the four counties in DeLay’s
district…[can] pick a replacement for a
seat that becomes vacant due to death, re-
signation, or ineligibility."
`
TM remarks that "When [the chairman]
hung up, [he] knew what no one else in
America would know for three months: The
end of Tom DeLay’s political career was at
hand."
`
The article rambles on…
`
In passing, TM does mention *part* of the
Russian connection.
`
"The details of DeLay’s relationship with
Abramoff are breathtaking in their brazen-
ness.
`
"Take the short (1996 to 2001) history of
the U.S. Family Network….
`
"The [Washington] Post has detailed how
the USFN didn’t have to scramble to raise
funds;
`
"most of its $3.02 million in contributions
came from Abramoff clients: $1 million re-
portedly from Russian oil executives by
way of a London law firm…."
`
London law firm.  Is that a developing
newsstory?

DeLay Charge Stays Out, [Texas] Appeals
Court Says
`
"An appeals court…upheld a judge's ruling
throwing out a  conspiracy charge against
…DeLay.

"DeLay…still faces a money-laundering
charge and another conspiracy charge stem-
ming from the financing of state legislative
races in 2002."
`
Texas Monthly points out:
`
"The case cannot proceed in the trial court
until the appeal is resolved, and even then
the losing side is likely to seek a review by
the [Texas] Court of Criminal Appeals."

Teacher Threats
`
`
Saturday, April 15, 2006
Associated Press [1]
5 Students Charged With Teacher Threats
`
"Five middle school students have been
charged with making threats _ including
death threats _ against teachers in separ-
ate incidents."
`
All five attend the same middle school.
`
Maybe it's in the water?
`
No…
`
"…in two separate incidents in January…
a liquid was placed in a teacher's coffee
pot."
`
AP quotes the prosecutor:
`
"Where we don't think it…was life-threat-
ening, it did make the teacher sick…."
`
Classroom purity was compromised.
`
AP quotes the prosecutor, who uses other
words:
`
"Teachers have a right to feel safe in their
classrooms."
`
Classroom purity must be inviolate.
`
`
From Franco Ferraresi's book *Threats
To Democracy* [2]:
`
"The theme of purity, as anthropologists
have made clear, is connected to the con-
cepts of order, structure, and pattern,
[which are] threatened by destructuring
factors of several kinds, which produce
such negative effects as impurity, defile-
ment, pollution, dirt.
`
"Hence in primitive cultures [in middle
schools, perhaps], where the social sys-
tem is structured with greater force
[by prosecutors, say] and with more
total comprehensiveness [well, up to 5]
than in the modern ones, concern with
impurity  is that much stronger.
`
"Modern societies , that is, where struc-
turing is blander and operates in separ-
ate spheres of life, have learned [!] to
live with differentiation, indeterminacy,
and ambiguity, which programmatically
are not perceived as threats.
`
"This is precisely what the Right rejects.
`
"The Right is in favor of firmly establish-
ed roots, of *Blut und Boden,* of origi-
nary liens, of organic social units, of the
community of destiny (*Schicksals-
gemeinschaft*), of the homogeneous
ethnic groups, and sees all of them
threatenened by the advent of ethero-
geneity, by the destructuring and inter-
mixing brought about by modernization.
`
"The quest for purity (for the people,
the race, the group [for classes in a
middle school, yet]) follows from such
premises."
`
`
Modern societies learn?  Some.  Not

Symposium Asks if Americans Watching Iraq

Question:
`
"What are the implications if a nation goes
to war and its people barely pay attention?"
`
Answer:
`
They are The Superpower's Evil People with
hatred for all, including themselves.
`
But who wants to admit to that!
`
So let's palaver...
`
"Roughly 150 military leaders, policy analysts
and academics gathered at the Army War
College...to address that question...."
`
...and ask what-if.
`
"A main concern...is that Americans may...
decide that the fight is costing too much in
money and lives."
`
That'll never happen: hatred for all is the
name of the game.
`
But who wants to admit to that!

So a teacher at the National Defense Univer-

`
"I'm just worried we're going to get com-
placent."
`
Get complacent?

From my Wednesday July 23, 2003 "Reality
Check" essay [1]:
`
{start}
`
Associated Press July 17th [2003] reports
from St Louis:
 `
"…national monuments such as the [Gate-
way] Arch have been cited as potential
terrorism targets."
`
The Arch in particular has lots of such po-
tential.  AP explains why:
`
"…[it's] part of the Jefferson National Ex-
pansion Memorial that commemorates the
westward growth of the United States."
`
The kill all, burn all, loot all "westward
growth" of America is a major reason why,
when America died August 6, 1945 while
giving birth, its hellion was

THE SUPERPOWER

and none other.

U.S. Wants Judge Off Indian Case
By JENNIFER TALHELM
`
"The government petitioned to remove
[US District Judge Royce] Lamberth after
a July [2005] decision, in which he order-
ed the [Interior Department] to tell In-
dians that its information on trust assets
may not be credible.
`
"The 34-page opinion is a scathing con-
demnation of the department."
`
AP quotes from the opinion:
`
"Alas, our 'modern' Interior Department
has time and again demonstrated that it
is a dinosaur _ the morally and culturally
oblivious hand-me-down of a disgrace-
fully racist and imperialist government
that should have been buried a century
ago, the last pathetic outpost of the in-
difference and Anglocentrism we thought
we had left behind."
`
No wonder The Liar's bureaucrats wish
to remove this "Texas native and Reagan
appointee."
`
Lamberth dared
`
TO TELL THE TRUTH
`
about the kill all, burn all, loot all "west-
ward growth" –though he's not aware
that things are worse, not better under
The Superpower: that racism, imperial-
ism, indifference, Anglocentrism are now
triumphantly globalized.
`
To top it off:

"[Gale] Norton, who stepped down from
the [[Interior Department] last month,
watched from the back of the courtroom

`
Need I remind you of my Saturday March

"…under investigation is Norton's friend
Italia Federici and a public interest group

for Environmental Advocacy, known as
CREA…– which Norton co-founded with
conservative anti-tax advocate Grover
Norquist in the 1990s."
`
"…Abramoff developed close ties with
Federici and directed his casino-rich tribal
clients to give $500,000 to CREA."
`
"J. Steven Griles was Norton's deputy
secretary, now former deputy secretary,
now under investigation for 'discussions
with Abramoff at a time when the lobby-
ist was seeking departmental actions on
behalf of his tribal clients.'"

A Bu$hfire Of Lies
`
`
Monday, April 10, 2006
Washington Post
Military Plays Up Role of Zarqawi –
Jordanian Painted As Foreign Threat To
Iraq's Stability
`
"The U.S. military is conducting a propa-
ganda campaign to magnify the role of the
leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq, according to
internal military documents and officers
familiar with the program."
`
`
Background.
`
There is a real global, top-down terrorist
organization:
`
THE SUPERPOWER.
`
There is a fake global, top-down terrorist
organization:
`
"al-Qaeda."
`
When it comes to the truly wordwide re-
sistance to The Superpower, the rule is:
`
There are many mansions in the house of
the Lord.
`
A detail.
`
Some of the folks who wish to resist The
Superpower are susceptible to its psywar
tsunami, and –gee whiz– pretend to be
a part of "al-Qaeda."
`
OK, moving on…
`
`
"The military's propaganda program
largely has been aimed at Iraqis, but
seems [?] to have spilled over into the
U.S. media.
`
"One briefing slide about U.S. "strategic
communications"[= psywar tsunami] in
Iraq, prepared for…the top U.S. com-
mander in Iraq, describes the "home
audience" as one of six major targets
…."
`
"…other sections of the briefings indi-
cate that there were direct military
efforts to use the U.S. media to affect
views of the war.
`
"One slide in the same briefing…noted
that a 'selective leak' about Zarqawi
was made to Dexter Filkins, a New York
Times reporter based in Baghdad.
`
"Filkins's resulting article, about a letter
supposedly [!] written by Zarqawi and
boasting of suicide attacks in Iraq, ran on
the Times front page on Feb. 9, 2004."
`
The Post comments on the smoking gun:
`
"Leaks to reporters from U.S. officials in
Iraq are common, but official evidence of
a propaganda operation using an Ameri-
can reporter is rare."
`
But for that reason, all the more valuable.
`
But official evidence of wholesale lying is
not wanting.
`
Listen to a fellow who in 2003 was a com-
mander of a "US military psyops unit in
Iraq":
`
"It is ingrained in U.S.: You don't psyop
Americans. We just don't do it."
`
The same fellow is "now director of a new
project…that focuses on 'trans-regional'
media issues":
`
"There's always going to be a certain
amount of bleed-over [= psyoping Ameri-
cans] with the global information environ-
ment."
`
Gee whiz!!

Why DeLay Did Not Delay – Part 2

DeLay can get pension as soon as he
resigns – He is eligible for $67,000 a
year, which would be unaffected by
state convictions
`
State convictions?
`
"His pension would be unaffected by any
conviction on the campaign finance char-
ges he faces in Travis County [TX]
`
"or any charges rising from the congres-
sional lobbying scandal in which two of his
former aides, and former ally and lobbyist
…Abramoff, have pleaded guilty."
`
"DeLay also will be eligible to participate in
the health plan available to all federal re-
tirees."
`
Sounds great!
`
Two questions, though.
`
Will federal charges be limited only to the
present congressional lobbying scandal?
`
Are convicted traitors eligible for federal
retirees' benefits?
`
Why do you ask *those* questions?
`
`
From my Saturday February 25, 2006

`
{start}
`
…a February 23d Boston Globe newsstory
…indicates [Abramoff] may have served a
leader whose legerdemain resulted in a
major military defeat for The Superpower
on September 11, 2001.
`
"A subpoena in the case,…says the US gov-
ernment is seeking information on Abramoff-
related activities with 'any department, min-
istry, or office holder or agent of the Russian
government.'"
`
"The subpoena seeks information about ties
between Abramoff-related groups and a
Moscow energy giant that is called Naftasib,
a major supplier to the Russian military."
`
"Senior Naftasib executives helped arrange
a trip Abramoff took to Moscow in 1997 with
…Tom DeLay, a longtime Abramoff friend."
`
1997?  That's b-e-f-o-r-e 2001.
`
"…a key connection between Abramoff and
Russia is an obscure Dutch firm called Voor
Huisen.

"Voor Huisen was one of Abramoff's biggest
clients, paying $2.1 million in lobbying fees
to Abramoff and his partners from 2001 to
2004….
`
"…there has been no explanation as to why
the company had paid such large fees…."
`
"…several of Abramoff's former partners…
said…they were told the Dutch company
was connected to Naftasib executives."
`
"…reports that Abramoff filed said he lob-
bied for Voor Huisen  on matters ranging
`
from aviation safety [!]
`
to disaster preparedness [!!]
`
to unspecified issues 'pertaining to defense
and security.' [!!!]."
`
"In addition to being a lobbyist, Abramoff
registered in 1999 as a foreign agent."

out legal immigration status are subject
to deportation."
`
And "massive infiltation of law enforce-
ment officials" is already underway.

"In 2004, the Department of Homeland
Security deported about 200,000 people;
an additional 1,035,000 returned to their
countries of origin when caught by fed-
eral authorities, according to the Office
of Immigration Statistics."

Excerpts from my "Images And Reality  –
Part 6" essay [2]:
`
{start}
`
After Germany invaded and occupied
Western Poland, part of the territory
was incorporated outright into, duh,
Greater Germany; and the rest of the
territory, the larger part, was made
into a catch-all called the Government
General –ruled by a Nazi overlord.
`
"Transformation of the Government
General into a German space…pre-
supposed a decision about the popula-
tion…."
`
`                 *  *  *
`
"…the Poles…should be split up into
three categories:
`
"1. Those who can be Germanized as
time goes on.
`
"2. Those who are valuable as labor-
ers (arbeitspolitisch) and therefore
may remain in the [River] Vistula
space.
`
"3. Those who are out of question
for German interests and therefore
are to be removed from the Vistula
space."
`
"That last category…comprised 2 to 3
million Poles."
`

`
Back to the AP newsstory, quoting
a spokesperson of the Federation for
American Immigration Reform:
`
"Once we get their numbers down, cut in
half say, or three quarters, what you do
with those that remain, that's something
we can figure out.
`
"It becomes a more manageable problem.
`
"Three million is obviously better than 12
million."
`
The spokesperson said "military bases
could be converted to detention centers"
to begin with.
`
`
This is how I concluded my essay:
`
As to [the 2 to 3 million Poles]…"radical
measures can not be avoided (werden
Radikalmittel nicht zu vermeiden sein)."
