Nearly a year ago in July 2006, an Iraqi Resistance
commander stated:

"What the people of Iraq are doing today is killing,
blowing up, and destroying the most powerful army
on the face of the earth

and sooner or later the world media will have to pay
attention no matter how reluctant they are.”

On May 9th this year, these two facts about Iraq were
restated in an unexpected way...by Putin:
`
"..the war did not break our people’s spirit and it gave
birth to numerous examples of mass heroism.
`
Even as they faced all manner of torment and hard-
ship, even as they saw their comrades fall,
`
our soldiers nonetheless retained their faith in Vic-
tory.
`
Millions of people defended the independence and
dignity of their country on the fronts and in the
rear,
`
under occupation and in underground resistance,
`
and they proved that a people fighting for its freedom
and its very right to live is invincible.
`
We bow our heads before their fearlessness and will,
before the memory of those whose courage and unity
defeated the aggressor and stopped Fascism in its
tracks,
`
before those who gave our country and the entire
world a future."

Oh!  Oh!

The guilty asked: Is Putin talking about one thing
(Russia) but referring to another (Iraq)?

Panic set in among the guilty.

from the presidency of the World Bank has laid bare
a chasm existing between the United States and Eur-
opean countries since the invasion of Iraq in 2003."

"By tradition" (duh) The Superpower picks the head
of the World Bank and "Europeans" (duh) pick the
head of the International Monetary Fund.  Both insti-
tutions were set up over 60 years ago to make the
world safe for Wall Street.

There are preliminary signs.  For one, applying The
Superpower's Baghdad war tactics to cities here in
the "homeland."

Baltimore," AP May 17th reports that "Under [a city
councilman's] plan, the mayor could declare 'public
safety act zones,' which would allow police to close
liquor stores and bars, limit the number of people on
city sidewalks, and halt traffic during two-week inter-
vals."

In Baghdad, alcohol's a problem only among the in-
vaders and occupiers --but limiting the number of
Iraqi people on the street is called

CURFEW

and halting Iraqi traffic for two-week intervals is

LOCKDOWN.

Under the Baltimore plan, reports AP:

"Police would be encouraged to aggressively stop
and frisk individuals in those zones to search for
weapons and drugs."

In Baghdad, the invaders and occupiers aggresive-
ly use percussion grenades to blow down doors of
homes --and once in, use attack dogs to terrorize
those inside.

day, 12 May 2007 explains:

...the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in
Iraq (SCIRI) headed by ‘Abd al-‘Aziz al-Hakim, a key
Shi‘i sectarian ally of the US occupation forces, an-
nounced that it had changed its name, dropping the
word [!] “revolution.”

...al-Hakim told a press conference in occupied
Baghdad that the organization was now going to call
itself the “Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council (SIIC).”

Al-Hakim said that the word “revolution” means a
change and that that was what the Council had been
striving for since its inception.

word “revolution” in the organization’s name, since
the Iraqi government of President Saddam Husayn

This individual frame occurred more than 20 years ago,
long before the 9/11 excuse for mass framing of "ter-
rorists" was thought of.

Framing people is a form of State terrorism.

Under the headline "Pope: God Will Punish Drug Deal-
ers," AP reports May 12th "Drug traffickers will face
divine justice for the scourge of illegal narcotics across
Latin America, Pope Benedict XVI warned...."

The DEA appreciates the pope's pulling rank on human
justice.

DEA drug trafficking is a form of State terrorism.

Under the headline "U.N. Official Urges Somalia To Al-
low Aid," AP reports May 12th "[The U.N. undersecre-

points inside and outside [!] the city so that food and
relief supplies could get through."
